Haile leads the development of the Chattanooga Future Fund: a career pathway initiative working to ensure that Hamilton County students and families have access to a tangible financial resource that builds anticipation and confidence as a student progresses towards their plans after high school. The Chattanooga Future Fund career & college savings initiative presents a unique opportunity for the Chattanooga community to contribute to advancing academic and economic achievement for our students – and in turn, strengthening and enriching our community and city as a whole!

My “Why”: With my work experience has come the understanding that guiding a child’s development is complex and multifaceted! Following my time as an educator, I have had the opportunity to serve in roles that have allowed me to elevate the work being done well by our school system, while simultaneously “filling gaps” that inevitably exist. Helping to shape our community is a commitment that requires a collective effort – each partner doing their part to make sure the “puzzle pieces” (each individual organization’s mission and work) are aligned and productive; “fit” in working toward our shared goal. I feel deeply honored to be trusted to play this small part, knowing that it has the potential to make such a significant, lasting impact!
